Course Description: This course is designed for all athletes who
wish to improve their speed and quickness. We will be form running,
sprint training, jump training, resistance running, core workout,
and stretching. The athlete will be challenged by themselves
for they will be working on individual improvement against their
own times. Workouts are designed to challenge each individual.
This course is open to anyone entering 7th - 12th grade in any
sport. It is fun to come together as Becker athletes and workout
together. This will be our 6th summer of agility training. 23 sessions
at 1 hour each. (only one Nike T-shirt and short will be
given for the combo price of agility & weight lifting)
Anyone signing up by May 21 will receive a Nike T-shirt & short.
Anyone signing up after May 21will not receive a Nike T-shirt &
short.
